Breaking the Hiatus

I haven't posted in a while. I've been extremely busy, but I still had time to be pensive. I've given my life, and the lives of others some genuine thought. Weaved in this post along with my outfit details are some life lessons I'm working on that would be good for you too, young or old.

Seize the opportunities presented to you.

Walk with confidence,
even if you're in the middle of the street...

I got this A&R textured purse in a wholesale shop in the New York Fashion district years ago.

I bought this black strapless midi dress in a non-brand name store in Perimeter Mall (Atlanta). You can get a similar black midi: HERE.

I created my headwrap with a fuchsia pashmina scarf.
My necklace and sunglasses are from Charlotte Russe. My bracelets that say "FIERCE" and"LOVE" are from Dillard's. My lovely brand new gold watch is Michael Kors.
I love my Steve Madden Areaa Black and Gold-Plated Platform Heels. The metallic straps add something extra to the otherwise plain black shoe. Metallic is also a Spring 2014 Trend that is still going strong this season.

Stand Tall.
Be F I E R C E.
I got this Aztec printed black and white cardigan in a store in Miami near Biscayne Blvd.

Don't look down on anyone. Who are you to judge?

Search for peace of mind.
Smile when you can.

Don't look back. Move Forward.

In my hand is my small golden pouch lined with pink Italian suede on the inside (courtesy of LaVie Couture ).
Today I am wearing Rebel lipstick and In Extreme Dimension Lash mascara from MAC.
In the photo below: In my hand is a fuchsia and gold wallet from ALDO.
I'm not sure where I'm going, but I have got to keep moving forward.

Stay motivated with one of my favorite speakers (Eric Thomas).

  1. Hey there,

Really diggin the images from your photo shoot! I like how you used Edgewood as your backdrop and then complemented the colorful cityscape with your outfit. The combination looks great!

I blog regularly about the street art found throughout Atlanta on Hopefully the city's art will help inspire your next photo shoot. Good luck. Keep blogging!
